EFT, short for Emotional Freedom Techniques, is also called "tapping" because it involves tapping your fingers lightly on certain spots of your body, called meridian points, taken from accupunture & accupressure.

EFT is an excellent way to clear & get past emotional & mental blocks. It has also been used very successfully on dealing with physical pain. The founder of EFT, Gary Craig, says to try it on everything because you never know when it will work!
